When visiting a service/carer ask yourself a few questions:
Are my children made to feel welcome by staff/carers and other children (if applicable)?
Am I encouraged to talk to staff/carer about my children's needs and the programs offered?
Do the activities offered interest my children?
Is the environment suitable and interesting?
